PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

By using this site, you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions of use, please do not use this site!

The Site Does Not Provide Medical Advice

Rethink Simple is a personal blog written by Kristen Epstein. My purpose is to share experiences and information as I seek to improve the health of my family through a real food lifestyle. The information found in this website is intended as informational and educational only. I am not a chemist or nutritionist; the posts found in this website are based on my own personal experience and research and I share my findings here. It should not be relied upon to determine dietary changes, a medical diagnosis or courses of treatment. The content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this site! Reliance on any information provided by Rethink Simple, others appearing on the Site at the invitation of Rethink Simple, or other visitors to the Site is solely at your own risk. I hope my posts get you started on your own research and I encourage you that you do your due diligence.

Any statements or claims about the possible health benefits conferred by any foods or supplements have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

I do not promote anything that is inconsistent with my ideology. However, I do accept paid advertising, sponsorships, affiliate programs and other forms of compensation from companies I believe in.

Let’s Chat for a Minute…

The Federal Trades Commission (FTC) recently released their new disclosure guidelines. These rules affect web media such as this blog. The FTC intends for the public (you) to be informed if the blogger (me) makes any money off from sharing information/links about products. This can be in the form of affiliate links or sponsored links.

Therefor, these rules apply to Rethink Simple and it’s readers. I would like to preface this that I will only share paid products and services that I believe it and trust.

Affiliate Links / Sponsorships

Some posts (not all do) contain affiliate links. This means that when you purchase a product through an affiliate link it has no impact on your cost, but Rethink Simple receives a [much needed] small commission that helps offset the cost of running this website and justifies the time I spend away from my family while I am researching, composing, and editing posts.

Amazon Affiliate Links
This is pretty much the as above, except Amazon requires it’s affiliate to have a disclaimer for Amazon only, and they require me that I tell you the following:

Rethink Simple is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com

What you need to do

Nothing.

As I explain above this involves no cost to you. But if you find the information on this website valuable or useful, you can reference Naturally mindful when you shop on amazon.com with the link below by bookmarking it and using it whenever you need to do a little shopping. You are a vital part of this website and I truly appreciate your continued support. Thanks to you the information found here continues to be free!

Warmly,
Kristen.
